What are the Supplier requirements?
The supplier specific requirements shall be determined in the agreement between Jiangse and the supplier. The quality of the supplier’s products and services shall fulfill Jiangse’s performance and compliance requirements, and shall be delivered in a professional manner. The supplier shall also ensure that the product complies with all applicable environmental and safety regulations and requirements.
We request suppliers to always include customs & trade compliance related data on origin and the commodity code on the documents provided with each product item.
Jiangse is committed to complying with all mandatory domestic and applicable international export laws and regulations. Jiangse supports the efforts of the international and local community to uphold these standards. Jiangse and its employees are to comply with all national and international export/import control and sanctions’ legislation applicable to its markets. We shall assess any offer, contract or export/import having a nexus to a country and/or party subject to sanctions before proceeding with it.
